Distilled malt vinegar, Golden caster sugar, Onions, Oil (for deep-frying), Plain flour, Cayenne pepper, Ground coriander, Smoked paprika, Cornflour, Bicarbonate of soda, Lager.

Recipe Step 1

Combine vinegar, sugar, water, and salt in a pan. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat. Add onion rings, cover, and let cool and pickle. Store in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
